The aim of this research study is to identify the relationship between Academic Procrastination, with students’ personality traits such as self-efficacy and motivation determine impact on academic performance among undergraduates in non-state universities Sri Lanka. Data obtained from 381 students three Lanka were selected through Simple Random Sampling.
